INCONTACT (UK)

Incontact is the UK organisation that provides and information and support for people affected by continence problems. We run a public education programme that aims to inform and dispel some of the myths that surround this taboo subject.

Incontact supports a growing network of local groups and helplines, run by and for people with continence problems. We have a quarterly newsletter and a pen-pals scheme which enable people to air their views and keep in touch with each other.
